SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
• Shipping is free for orders over €99.00 (VAT included).
• For orders under €99.00 (VAT included), a flat fee of €9.90 (VAT included) applies.
• For deliveries to Italian islands, a €5.00 surcharge applies (total €14.90 VAT included for orders under €99.00).
3. Estimated Delivery Times
• Mainland Italy: 2–5 business days
• Italian islands: 3–6 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and courier.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery status in real time.
5. Package Check and Registration
Each package is checked and registered internally before shipment to ensure that the goods are correct, complete, and in perfect condition.
6. Package Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving the goods, please check that the package is intact before signing.
• If you notice visible damage or tampering, refuse delivery or accept it with reservation, clearly stating the reason on the courier’s receipt.
• A signature without reservation implies acceptance of the package in good condition.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 24 hours and include photos of the package and products.
7. Address Changes
An address change can only be requested if payment has not yet been made or if the order has not been processed.
Once the order is being prepared or shipped, changes will no longer be possible.

8. Delivery Issues
In case of delays, lost packages, or failed delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will do our best to cooperate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout
• Recipient not available at the delivery address
• Courier service disruptions or strikes
If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or absent recipient, we can arrange a new shipment, but the cost will be charged to the customer.
