SHIPPING POLICY<\/h2>\n\n

1. Processing Times<\/h3>\nAll orders are processed within 1\u20133 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.\n\n

2. Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n\u2022 Shipping is free for orders over \u20ac99.00 (VAT included). \n\u2022 For orders under \u20ac99.00 (VAT included), a flat fee of \u20ac9.90 (VAT included) applies. \n\u2022 For deliveries to Italian islands, a \u20ac5.00 surcharge applies (total \u20ac14.90 VAT included for orders under \u20ac99.00).\n\n

3. Estimated Delivery Times<\/h3>\n\u2022 Mainland Italy: 2\u20135 business days \n\u2022 Italian islands: 3\u20136 business days \n\nDelivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and courier.\n\n

4. Shipment Tracking<\/h3>\nOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery status in real time.\n\n

5. Package Check and Registration<\/h3>\nEach package is checked and registered internally before shipment to ensure that the goods are correct, complete, and in perfect condition.\n\n

6. Package Inspection Upon Delivery<\/h3>\nUpon receiving the goods, please check that the package is intact before signing. \n\u2022 If you notice visible damage or tampering, refuse delivery or accept it with reservation, clearly stating the reason on the courier\u2019s receipt. \n\u2022 A signature without reservation implies acceptance of the package in good condition. \nIf you encounter any issues, please contact us within 24 hours and include photos of the package and products.\n\n

7. Address Changes<\/h3>\nAn address change can only be requested if payment has not yet been made or if the order has not been processed. \nOnce the order is being prepared or shipped, changes will no longer be possible. \nFor requests, contact us promptly at: customerservice@jckstore.it\n\n

8.
